Ball-bearing motor and three-pin lead

The ball bearing reduces friction for longer service life compared with sleeve alternatives. The three-wire lead supplies power and a tachometer signal so the motherboard can monitor speed, but it does not support PWM control. No extra cables, adapters or software are included.

Check mount spacing and header type

Verify that your chassis or heatsink has 60 mm mounting holes and 13 mm clearance for the frame thickness. Confirm the fan header on your board is a three-pin DC type; a four-pin PWM header will work but speed will be voltage-controlled only. Ensure 12 V DC is available at the header.
