Questions about this item

Will the 20756283 radio keep my steering-wheel controls and chimes on a 2014 Impala?

Yes, the unit is an unlocked OEM replacement so factory steering-wheel controls, warning chimes and data-bus features remain active after installation.

How can I verify the CD player and aux input on the 20756283 are working right after I fit it?

Insert a known-good audio CD — it should load, read and play within a few seconds — then plug a phone or MP3 player into the front aux jack and confirm sound comes through all speakers.

Does the 20756283 come with a mounting sleeve, trim bezel or wiring harness, or do I need to buy them separately?

The radio ships as the head unit only; you reuse your original mounting sleeve, trim bezel and factory wiring harness — no extra parts are included in the box.
