Direct-fit replacement for 2013-2015 Altima

This factory radio receiver carries part number 28185-3TA0C and matches interchange number 638-72559. It restores AM, FM, satellite-capable tuning, auxiliary input, Bluetooth connectivity and single-disc CD playback in compatible Altima models. The unit is sold as a direct replacement only.

Plug-and-play swap with no unlock code

Installation uses the original connectors and requires no unlock code, so the swap is straightforward for a DIYer or shop. The main risk is fitting a unit whose part number does not match the vehicle; even visually identical radios can carry different data streams and will not code correctly.

Verify the exact part number before ordering

Confirm that the radio currently in the vehicle shows 28185-3TA0C or the compatible 281853TB0C on its label. Vehicles equipped with an external amplifier or a different option code may use a similar-looking unit that will not interchange. If unsure, check the VIN with a dealer or specialist to obtain the correct part number.
