Factory Radio 6S4T-18C869-BD for 2006-2007 Ford

This remanufactured OEM receiver replaces the original head unit in 2006-2007 Ford Focus models. It provides AM, FM and CD playback alongside a Bluetooth music upgrade. The unit is a direct replacement for part number 6S4T-18C869-BD and interchange 638-02055.

Exact part number match required for installation

This unit functions as a replacement only and requires the identical part number currently installed in the vehicle. Different data streams or external amplifier configurations will prevent operation even if plugs appear identical. No programming code is needed when the correct part is fitted.

Bluetooth streaming with CD and radio retained

The upgrade adds wireless audio streaming from paired devices while keeping factory CD and tuner functions. Buyers needing auxiliary input, USB connectivity or smartphone mirroring will not find those features here. The unit handles standard audio sources for the specified model years.

Questions about this item

Is this the exact unit for my 2006 or 2007 Ford Focus?

This receiver carries part number 6S4T-18C869-BD and is built specifically for the 2006-2007 Ford Focus. It will only work as a direct replacement for that identical part number.

Does the Bluetooth upgrade support music streaming from apps like Spotify or YouTube?

Yes. Once paired, press the Bluetooth button to stream music or in-app audio from services including Spotify, YouTube, Pandora, iTunes and many others.

What does the interchange part number 638-02055 tell me about fitment?

The interchange number 638-02055 cross-references the same OEM radio. You must still match the 6S4T-18C869-BD on your original unit; similar plugs do not guarantee compatibility.
