Vehicle Fitment

This replacement control panel fits 2010 through 2017 Infiniti EX35 models and also matches the QX50 and EX37 variants listed in the supplier data. It is intended for owners who need a direct swap for a failed factory unit bearing the exact part number 28395 JK60D.

Interface Constraints

The panel communicates over the vehicle’s proprietary data bus, so it will not function if the car uses a different part number or option code even when connectors appear identical. External amplifier configurations can also prevent coding, making verification of the original part number essential before installation.

Service Scope

The remanufactured unit arrives in one hundred percent working order with cosmetic wear possible, and it covers audio, navigation and climate controls integrated in the original panel. It does not support vehicles outside the 2010-2017 Infiniti range or models requiring a different part number such as 28395 JK61D.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 28395 JK60D is the correct replacement for my Infiniti EX35?

Match the part number on your current unit to 28395 JK60D or the compatible 28395JK61D; if they differ, the data stream may not code correctly even if plugs appear identical.

What does the professionally remanufactured label mean for daily operation of this navigation control panel?

The unit has been cleaned, serviced and tested to 100% working order, so all audio and navigation functions operate as intended, though minor cosmetic wear may be present.

Does the 28395 JK60D require a separate unlock code after installation in a 2010-2017 Infiniti EX35?

No unlock code is required; the panel is ready to function once correctly fitted to a compatible vehicle.
