2014-2015 Ford Fusion Climate Panel

This 1 Factory Radio panel combines multimedia and climate controls for 2014-2015 Ford Fusion models. It carries part number ES7T-18E245-PB and interchange number 638-07603. The unit is sold as a direct replacement for the factory panel.

Part-number match required for function

The panel will only operate if the vehicle currently uses the exact ES7T-18E245-PB part number or a listed compatible number. Identical connectors do not guarantee compatibility because data streams differ between configurations. External amplifier presence can also prevent interchange.

Plug-in replacement with cosmetic blemishes

Installation is a straightforward swap of the original panel, and no unlock code is required. This specific unit has two score marks on the left side and across the bottom but is fully functional. Buyers who need a flawless cosmetic appearance should look elsewhere.
