Factory Radio FP5T-18C830-AC CD Receiver

This professionally remanufactured OEM single-disc CD receiver is built as a direct replacement for 2015-2020 Lincoln MKZ vehicles. It arrives in 100% working order with no unlock code required for installation.

Verify Your Existing Part Number

You must confirm the unit currently in your vehicle carries part number FP5T-18C830-AC or a listed compatible number such as FP5T18C830AB, FP5T18C830AD, or interchange 638-07923. Units with identical plugs but different data streams will not code correctly, and external amplifier configurations can prevent interchange.

Sustained Operation as a Direct Replacement

Because it is a professionally remanufactured OEM unit, it maintains factory-specification performance during continuous daily use. The receiver is cleaned, serviced, and thoroughly checked to deliver reliable audio playback and vehicle integration over the long term.

Questions about this item

Does the FP5T-18C830-AC arrive ready to install or do I need a separate wiring harness or antenna adapter?

The unit is a direct replacement for the factory radio with the same part number and plugs into the original connectors; no additional harness or adapter is required.

My Lincoln MKZ has the part number FP5T18C830AD on the old radio — will this FP5T-18C830-AC unit work as a replacement?

Yes, the supplier lists FP5T18C830AD as a compatible part number, so this receiver will function in place of that version.

The listing states "100% working order" — what does that mean once the radio is installed in my Lincoln MKZ?

It means the remanufactured receiver powers up, reads CDs, tunes stations and outputs audio through the vehicle's speaker system exactly as the original factory unit did.
