Replacement GPS DVD Navigation Drive

This professionally remanufactured GPS DVD navigation and vehicle information disc drive replaces the factory unit in 2001-2006 Mercedes-Benz CL500 models. It carries part number 228206085005 and interchange number 594-00325B. The unit has been cleaned, serviced and tested to 100% working order.

Owners needing an exact factory match

Suits CL500 owners whose original drive has failed and who can confirm the exact part number currently installed. Not suitable for buyers who cannot verify their existing part number, as visually similar units with identical plugs may use different data streams and will not code correctly. Vehicles equipped with external amplifiers may also prevent interchange.

Verify the part number before ordering

Check the part number on your current navigation disc drive; it must match 228206085005 or the listed interchange number 594-00325B exactly. Contact a dealer with your VIN if you are unsure, because units that look the same may have incompatible data streams. Dealer activation may be required after installation.

How can I confirm the GPS DVD navigation disc drive is functioning correctly once installed?

Insert a Mercedes-Benz navigation DVD; the system should read the disc, display maps and show vehicle information without error codes.
