Direct Fit Replacement

This remanufactured OEM radio is built as a direct replacement for the 2000-2004 Mitsubishi Diamante. It carries the exact part number MR549078 and matches interchange numbers 638-57619 and MUMR372110. The unit is designed to restore factory audio function without modification.

Match Part Number First

Installation requires verifying the existing unit carries part number MR549078 or a listed compatible number before purchase. Units with identical plugs may use different data streams or external amplifier configurations that prevent coding. No unlock code is needed once the correct match is confirmed.

Diamante Owners Only

This suits 2000-2004 Mitsubishi Diamante owners replacing a failed factory head unit with the W230 option code. It is not for vehicles lacking this specific part number, builders adding audio to a different model, or anyone unwilling to confirm the exact part number beforehand.
