1500-Piece Heat-Shrink Butt Connector Kit

This kit supplies 1500 waterproof butt connectors across three wire-gauge ranges: 500 red for 22-16 AWG, 500 blue for 16-14 AWG and 500 yellow for 12-10 AWG. Each connector uses 99.9% pure tinned copper cores inside marine-grade polyolefin tubing with adhesive-lined double walls. The UL-listed parts create an IP67 seal when heated and operate from -67 to 257 degrees Fahrenheit.

Check Wire Gauge And Heat Source Before Ordering

Verify that your wiring falls within the 22-10 AWG span covered by the three colour-coded sizes. You will need a crimp tool matched to those gauges and a heat gun or small blowtorch capable of reaching the 266-degree shrink temperature, with a minimum full-shrink temperature of 175 degrees. The transparent sleeves allow visual inspection after heating, but no soldering equipment is required.

Replaces Individual Connector Packs

The upgrade is worthwhile when you need the 3:1 shrink ratio adhesive seal for IP67 waterproofing, flame-retardant tubing and rodent-bite resistance in automotive, marine or underground installations. It is not suited for wires larger than 10 AWG or for applications requiring soldered joints.
