A 200-piece kit of heat-shrink solder-seal butt splice connectors covering 26-10 AWG in four colour-coded sizes, with IP67-rated adhesive-lined tubing for waterproof.
This kit supplies 200 heat-shrink butt splice connectors in four colour-coded sizes covering 26-10 AWG wires. A labelled storage case keeps the white, red, blue and yellow connectors separated and easy to identify. It is aimed at technicians and DIY owners repairing low-voltage wiring in automotive, marine, trailer, RV and truck applications.
Each connector uses 3:1 adhesive-lined tubing that shrinks to form an IP67-rated seal against water and dust. An internal solder ring melts as the tubing contracts, creating an insulated splice without a separate soldering iron or crimping tool. Clear tubing allows visual confirmation of wire alignment and solder flow during heating.
The kit replaces traditional crimp connectors and tape wraps where moisture or vibration cause failures. The jump is worth it when a sealed, soldered joint is required for reliability in exposed environments. It is not suited for high-voltage mains work or applications demanding connectors outside the 26-10 AWG range.

Strip each wire, insert both ends into the connector until they meet the centre solder ring, then apply a heat gun evenly until the tubing shrinks fully and the solder flows. The most common mistake is stopping heat too early, leaving the solder ring solid and the seal incomplete.
Once the tubing has shrunk and the adhesive-lined ends have sealed, the splice is permanent and requires no scheduled maintenance. If a connection later fails, the entire connector must be cut out and replaced with a new unit from the kit.
The IP67-rated adhesive seal is the first barrier to degrade under continuous heat cycling or mechanical vibration; if the tubing splits or the adhesive bond fails, moisture and dust can enter the splice.
