Faxed Message Date Stamp

The 2000Plus 038863 is a metal self-inking stamp that prints the word FAXED together with a five-year date band. Office staff who process incoming faxes and need a quick, legible mark on each page will find it fits the task.

Replaces Handwritten Fax Logs

It removes the need to write "faxed" and the date by hand on every sheet, cutting errors and saving time during busy periods. The upgrade is worth it when daily fax volume makes manual notation a bottleneck.

Simple Setup With Compatible Refills

The stamp works with 2000Plus ink refills and pads; snap in a fresh pad and the four bands align automatically. The most common issue is uneven impressions if the pad dries out or sits crooked in the holder.
