12-in-1 Message Dater

The 2000Plus 038864 stamp combines twelve predefined office messages with a date band in a single metal unit. It is designed for administrative staff who process high volumes of paperwork and need to mark documents quickly without switching between separate stamps. The self-contained design suits desk use in mailrooms, accounts offices and reception areas.

Capacity and Headroom

Five adjustable bands provide the date plus a choice of ANSWERED, BALANCE, C. O. D., CANCELLED, CHARGED, ENTERED, FILED, FILLED, PAID, RECEIVED, RETURNED or SHIPPED. Black ink prints on a 1/4 by 1 3/4 inch imprint with 3/16 inch Helvetica Neue and ITC Bookman Std. characters. The fixed legend set means the stamp cannot accommodate custom wording or additional messages beyond the twelve supplied.

Upgrade from Single Stamps

Replaces a collection of individual message stamps and a separate dater, reducing desk clutter and the time spent hunting for the right tool. The jump is worth it when daily workflow regularly uses several of the listed statuses and a single impression must show both the date and the action taken.
