Office Message Date Stamp

This 2000Plus date stamp is a self-inking office tool for staff who need to mark documents with standard status messages. It combines a five-year date band with four preset legends including COMPLETED, EMAILED, ENTERED and SCANNED. The imprint area measures 1 inch by 1 3/4 inches with 5/32 inch character height in Helvetica Neue and ITC Bookman Std. fonts.

Ready To Use From The Box

The unit arrives pre-inked in blue and red with no assembly required. Simply press down to stamp; the internal mechanism re-inks automatically between impressions. If impressions fade, the stamp accepts Cosco self-ink refills in blue and red. The plastic frame and five bands operate without batteries or external power.

Suits Daily Admin Workflows

Clerical teams processing invoices, correspondence or filing batches will find the preset legends cover common routing steps. The fixed message set cannot be customised, so users needing unique wording or additional bands should consider a custom-engraved alternative. The five-year date range also limits use beyond that window without a replacement band.
