Paid Message Date Stamp

The 2000Plus 38862 is a metal self-inking stamp that prints the word PAID alongside an adjustable month, day and year. It suits offices, warehouses or accounts teams that need a quick, consistent record of payment on paper documents.

Fits routine payment marking, not variable text

This stamp works for anyone who repeatedly marks invoices, receipts or forms with the same legend and a rolling date. Buyers who need custom wording, multiple legends or a different imprint size should look at something else because the message and dimensions are fixed.

Simple setup, watch the ink pad

Insert the supplied ink pad, set the four date bands to today and press — no tools required. The only common issue is forgetting to re-ink or replace the pad when impressions fade, which leaves partial or illegible marks.

Questions about this item

Does this 2000Plus 38862 stamp need a separate ink pad or refill to work?

Yes, it is designed for use with 2000Plus ink refills and stamp pads, which must be purchased separately.

Can the four bands on this 2000Plus 38862 dater be adjusted to match dates from older 2000Plus models?

The five-year date band prints month, day, and year and can be set manually, so it aligns with any compatible 2000Plus dater using the same band format.

How do I verify the 2000Plus 38862 stamp is printing the word PAID and the correct date after setup?

Make a test impression; the imprint area of 5/32 in height by 1 in width should show the fixed legend PAID in blue or red ink alongside the selected month, day, and year.
