One-button keypad intercom

The 2N Helios IP Force 01338-001 combines a single call button, an illuminated keypad and a card reader in an anti-vandal housing. A double microphone and 10W speaker with echo suppression deliver clear two-way audio. It suits homes and small businesses that want keyless entry with IP connectivity.

IP relay control limits

Door release and auxiliary devices are triggered through standard or IP relays, so the system depends on a wired network infrastructure and relay wiring. The wide-angle camera view is fixed, and the single button restricts direct calling to one predefined destination. No wireless or mobile app credentials are mentioned in the specifications.

Upgrade from audio-only entry

This unit replaces basic audio intercoms that lack video, keypad or card access. The jump is worthwhile when you need visual verification, PIN entry or RFID credentials at a single entrance. Installations requiring multiple call buttons, mobile integration or a different camera angle will need a different model.
