Mega Roll Refill for High-Traffic Areas

This 2XL422 refill provides two rolls of sanitizing wipes, each containing 300 towelettes. The mega roll format is designed for busy breakrooms, gyms and shared workspaces that need a continuous supply. It requires a compatible dispenser and is not a standalone canister.

Nontoxic Formula with Low Residue

Each wipe is saturated with a benzalkonium chloride 0.13 percent solution that contains no bleach, alcohol or phenols. The fragrance-free meltblown polypropylene material meets the 29 CFR 1910.120 standard for non-hazardous components. The formula cleans hands without leaving a sticky film or harsh chemical odour.

Dispenser-Dependent Design Saves Storage

Each roll extends 50 ft within a 7.7 by 6 inch wipe size, delivering high capacity in a compact carton. Because the rolls require a wall or floor dispenser, they free up counter space and reduce the frequency of refill changes. Buyers without an existing 2XL dispenser will need to purchase one separately.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 2XL422 mega roll into a dispenser and what step is often missed?

Pull the centre of the roll up through the dispenser's feed opening and thread the first wipe through the cutting slot; the step often missed is securing the roll on the spindle so it does not free-spin.

What replacement will the 2XL422 refill need after the 300 wipes are used?

Order another 2-roll carton of the 2XL422 mega roll; each roll provides 50 ft of meltblown polypropylene wipes saturated with 0.13 % benzalkonium chloride.

What limit appears first when the 2XL422 wipes are used continuously on a busy shift?

The roll length of 50 ft per roll means the supply runs out before the formula loses efficacy; plan for a roll change after roughly 300 wipes.
