30 Pack Sublimation Pens

The 30 pack sublimation pens are blank white aluminium ballpoints supplied with 30 shrink wraps for heat transfer personalisation. They are aimed at hobbyists, teachers and small businesses that want to create custom stationery for gifts, school projects or promotional events.

DIY crafters and bulk gifting

Crafters who enjoy sublimation printing and need a ready-to-use blank will find the clipless barrels ideal for full wrap designs. Buyers who want pens that write in multiple ink colours or who prefer a traditional clip for pocket carry should look at a different style.

Questions about this item

What oven and sublimation paper do I need to personalise the 30 pens?

You supply your own sublimation paper and a standard oven; the kit provides 30 pens and 30 shrink wraps ready for the heat-transfer process.

Will the clipless barrels still accept standard ballpoint refills I already keep?

Yes, the pens use a regular ballpoint mechanism so your existing refills will fit the aluminium tubes.

How can I confirm the ink flows correctly after the sublimation bake?

Write a test line on paper; the black ink should lay down smoothly from the ballpoint tip without skipping.
