Ready-to-Use rodent repellent spray

The 32oz bottle delivers a botanical-oil barrier that drives mice and rats away from foundations, cabinets, garages, vehicles and other entry points. The formula is safe for people, pets and the environment when used as directed.

Thermals noise and power draw

This product is a liquid spray applied by hand, so it produces no heat, no fan noise and draws no electrical power during use. Application is silent and requires no external energy source.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the spray and what step is often missed?

Shake the 32oz bottle well then spray directly on entry points, nesting sites and wiring; the step people skip is reapplying after rain or heavy cleaning because the botanical barrier washes away.

What maintenance will this repellent need over time?

Reapply the spray every few weeks or after wet weather to keep the peppermint-oil barrier active; the 32oz size gives enough volume for multiple touch-ups around foundations, vehicles and storage areas.

What limits how long the protection lasts under constant exposure?

Rain, irrigation and frequent washing break down the botanical oils fastest, so outdoor treatments fade before indoor ones and need the earliest re-spray.
