Universal garage door keypad

The 387LM wireless keypad replaces many legacy models and works with Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman, LiftMaster, Master Mechanic, Genie Intellicode, Overhead Door, Wayne Dalton and Linear openers that have a Smart/Learn button. It is designed for homeowners who want keyless entry without replacing the opener unit itself. The keypad cannot operate dip-switch systems.

Build and mounting

A sliding protective cover shields the backlit numeric buttons for night-time use. The package includes mounting screws so the unit can be fixed to a wall or door frame in minutes. A 9 V battery is already installed inside the keypad. Factory testing and manual sampling are performed before shipment.

Smart/Learn compatibility

This keypad only pairs with openers equipped with a Smart/Learn button; dip-switch models are not supported. Compatibility covers the replacement numbers listed in the product images. Buyers with older dip-switch operators will need a different solution.
