Keyless Entry for Overhead Door Openers

The vtech Overhead Door OKP-BX wireless keypad mounts on an exterior garage wall to provide secure, keyless access for up to three compatible openers. It replaces physical keys and remote controls with a personal code entered on lighted buttons. The flip-up cover protects the keypad while remaining easy to remove without tools.

Weather-Resistant Operation with Battery Power

The unit draws power from alkaline batteries and is built to withstand outdoor conditions through seasonal changes. Its cover design prevents accidental activation when moved, which helps avoid premature battery drain. The lighted keypad remains usable in low-light situations without requiring external wiring or a mains connection.

Compatibility Limited to CodeDodger Models Since

This keypad works exclusively with Overhead Door and CodeDodger garage door openers manufactured from 1995 onward. It will not operate openers from other brands or older Overhead Door units that lack CodeDodger technology. Buyers with newer smart-home integrated systems or non-Overhead Door hardware should verify compatibility before purchase.
