Upgrade from Coated Abrasive Discs

This disc replaces conventional coated paper or cloth discs when loading becomes an issue or when a uniform scratch pattern is required without gouging. It runs out when stock removal exceeds what a non-woven web can sustain, such as deep grind marks or heavy weld beads that demand a bonded wheel or flap disc. The non-vacuum, hole-free design limits dust extraction, so local ventilation is advisable during prolonged use.
