Non-woven convolute wheel for deburring

This 3M convolute wheel uses silicon-carbide abrasive in an open non-woven construction rated Hard density 9 and Fine grade. The wheel measures 8 inches overall diameter with a 1-inch face width and a 3-inch centre hole for bench grinders or straight-shaft tools. It runs at up to 4,500 RPM for light deburring and finishing on metal surfaces.

Suited for light finishing, not heavy stock removal

The Fine grade and open coating serve operators who need controlled material removal without gouging, such as blending weld seams or cleaning burrs on stainless steel, aluminium or mild steel. Workshops requiring aggressive grinding, rapid stock removal or coarse surface preparation should choose a different abrasive type.
