3M 467MP Adhesive Transfer Tape Squares

This pack contains twelve 12-inch square sheets of clear 3M 467MP adhesive transfer tape. It is designed for assembly, manufacturing, automotive, aviation, construction, electronics, maintenance, healthcare and warehouse tasks. The material bonds a wide range of substrates in indoor and outdoor environments.

Temperature Range and Application Headroom

The tape performs reliably from -40 degrees F up to 400 degrees F, giving broad headroom for high-heat and sub-zero conditions. It runs out when continuous exposure exceeds the upper limit or when surfaces are heavily contaminated, oily or incompatible with acrylic adhesive chemistry.

Pre-Cut Sheet Format Benefits

Each 12 by 12 inch square eliminates the need for cutting from rolls, reducing waste and speeding up repetitive bonding operations. The pack-of-twelve quantity supports batch production and field kits without requiring dispensers or custom die-cut tooling.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 in × 12 in squares bond to the aluminium chassis and older PCB material I already use?

The 467MP adhesive transfer tape is listed for assembly and manufacturing across electronics, automotive and aviation, so it adheres to metals and rigid board substrates you are likely keeping.

How can I verify the tape is performing correctly once applied?

After bonding, the joint should hold from -40 °F up to 400 °F without delamination, which is the rated performance window for the 467MP series.

What exactly arrives in the pack and do I need a separate liner or applicator?

The pack contains twelve 12-inch square pieces of clear 467MP adhesive transfer tape; no extra liner or applicator is included.
