3M 5413 Polyimide Film Tape Amber 3/4 In x 36 Yd

High-Temperature Polyimide Tape

3M 5413 is an amber polyimide film tape with a silicone adhesive designed for electrical insulation in extreme heat. It operates continuously from minus 100 degrees Fahrenheit up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The tape comes in a continuous single-sided roll suited for demanding industrial environments.

2.7 mil Thickness and Voltage Rating

The film measures 2.7 mil thick and carries no voltage rating from the manufacturer. Buyers must verify that this unrated insulation meets the specific dielectric requirements of their application before use. It is not intended for applications requiring a certified voltage withstand value.

108-Foot Roll for Extended Runs

At 108 feet long the roll supports long continuous wraps or multiple smaller jobs without splicing. The length reduces change-over frequency on production lines. Very high-volume users will exhaust the roll faster and should plan for replacement stock accordingly.
