Quick-Change Ceramic Disc for Sanders

The 3M 777F disc fits sanders equipped with a TR quick-change system. Its 2-inch diameter suits detail work on metal, composites and painted surfaces. The ceramic abrasive on a YF-weight polyester backing resists heat buildup during extended use. Coarse 60 grit removes material quickly while leaving a consistent profile.

Capacity and Headroom

Rated for 25,000 RPM maximum operating speed, the disc handles high-speed tools without shedding grain. Closed-coat coverage keeps the cutting surface loaded for uniform stock removal on flat or contoured areas. Heat resistance prolongs life when pressure is sustained.
