Product overview

The 3M 654RPA pack contains twelve pads of Post-it sticky notes, each pad holding one hundred sheets. The notes measure three inches by three inches and come in assorted Helsinki colours from the Sweet Sprinkles Collection. They are made with water-based adhesive on one hundred percent recycled paper sourced from certified, renewable and responsibly managed forests. The cabinet pack keeps all pads organised in a single box until needed.

Best fit

These notes suit anyone who wants a recyclable, eco-friendly option for everyday reminders, lists or planner entries. The adhesive is designed for paper surfaces, so users who need notes to stick reliably to glass, monitors, textured walls or other non-paper materials should consider a different product. Buyers looking for larger sheet sizes, ruled lines or a different sheet count per pad will also need to look elsewhere.

Build integration

The compact three-by-three-inch pads fit easily into desk drawers, cabinet shelves or a laptop bag without taking up much space. Because the paper is recyclable and the adhesive is water-based, used sheets can go straight into paper recycling bins, reducing waste in the workspace. The twelve-pad box keeps a steady supply on hand, so you avoid frequent re-ordering and can distribute pads to multiple workstations or meeting rooms.

Questions about this item

What surface should I have ready for the water-based adhesive on these 3 in. x 3 in. pads?

The adhesive is designed for paper or planners, so keep a clean paper surface or planner page handy for the notes to stick properly.

Will the 100-sheet pads fit in the same desk organiser I use for older 3 x 3 note cubes?

Yes, each pad measures 3 in. x 3 in., matching the classic cube footprint, so it sits in existing organisers without modification.

How can I confirm the 12-pack cabinet box is the Sweet Sprinkles collection when it arrives?

Open the cabinet pack and check for the four Helsinki colours — Positively Pink, Pink Salt, Canary Yellow and Fresh Mint — listed on the packaging.
