Arrow Flags for Document Signing

The 3M 684SH pack contains 120 arrow-shaped flags in four primary colors. Each flag carries a printed "SIGN HERE" message to draw immediate attention to signature lines. They stick securely to paper yet remove cleanly without damage. The pop-up dispensers keep flags ready for quick one-handed use.

Replaces Handwritten Notes or Tabs

These flags upgrade from scribbled reminders or loose paper tabs that fall out. The jump is worth it when multiple people review the same file and each signer must find their spot instantly. Color coding by person or department adds another layer of organization. They are not for buyers who need larger writing areas or permanent labels.

Consistent Adhesion Across Repeated Use

The adhesive holds through repeated opening and closing of binders or folders. Flags stay flat on the page during handling and transport. Repositionable design allows moving a flag to a corrected line without losing grip. They are not for archival applications requiring acid-free materials or long-term biodegradability.

Questions about this item

What size are the individual flags and how many come in each pop-up dispenser?

Each flag measures .5 inches wide by 1.75 inches tall, and every pop-up dispenser holds 30 flags.

How do the pop-up dispensers work and what is the common mistake when starting a new one?

Lift the dispenser cover and pull the first flag upward; the mistake is peeling flags sideways which can tear the adhesive strip.
