In-Line Document Holder for Desk Use

This adjustable copyholder positions documents directly in line with your monitor and keyboard. It holds up to 150 sheets and accommodates letter, legal, A4, books and catalogs. The design reduces eye, neck and shoulder movement to increase comfort during data entry or reading tasks. A nonslip grooved ledge keeps materials secure while you work.

Suited for Single-Monitor Workstations

Ideal for users who reference paper documents while typing and want to minimise head turning. The elastic line guide marks your place and stretches to keep thick books open without damage. Buyers who need a freestanding holder that sits beside the monitor or a wall-mounted solution should consider a different style.

150-Sheet Capacity with Height and Angle Adjustment

The holder adjusts in both height and angle so you can align the reading surface with your screen. Its base allows the ledge to dip below the desk edge, reclaiming workspace when the holder is not in use. Dimensions are 12.00 by 14.00 by 3.00 inches in a black and clear finish.

Questions about this item

What desk thickness does the base of the DH630 need to clamp or rest on?

The base allows the ledge to dip below the desk edge, so it works with standard desk profiles without a specific clamp thickness requirement.

Can the elastic line guide on this copyholder stretch enough for a thick A4 catalog?

Yes, the elastic guideline stretches to accommodate even the thickest books and holds landscape A4 sheets securely.

How do I confirm the DH630 is set at the right height and angle for in-line viewing?

When documents sit level with your monitor and keyboard, the adjustable height and angle are positioned to reduce eye, neck and shoulder movement.
