Genuine compatible replacement lamp module with 245W UHP bulb and housing, rated for 2,500 normal or 4,000 economy hours
The module ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing ready for direct installation in the Dukane I-Pro 8970 projector. It uses a UHP light source rated at 245 watts and is built to ISO 9001 quality standards. Buyers needing a different wattage or a lamp for another projector model will not be served by this part.
The 245 watt UHP bulb generates significant heat during operation and requires the projector’s original cooling system to maintain safe temperatures. Rated life is 2,500 hours in normal mode and 4,000 hours in economy mode. Installations without adequate ventilation or those running continuous high-brightness cycles may see reduced lamp longevity.
The lamp module includes a new housing so no separate cage handling is needed during replacement. Each unit undergoes checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time before shipping. The part number DT01281 confirms fitment for the I-Pro 8970; users of other Dukane or third-party projectors must verify compatibility separately.

Power off and unplug the projector, let it cool completely, remove the old lamp cover and module, insert the new DT01281 housing until it seats firmly, replace the cover, then reset the lamp timer in the menu — skipping the timer reset is the step most people forget.
The lamp itself is the only replaceable part; after 2,500 hours in normal mode or 4,000 hours in economy mode the brightness drops and the module must be swapped for a new one.
Sustained use generates heat that the projector’s cooling system must manage; if airflow is restricted the unit will trigger thermal shutdown before the rated 2,500 or 4,000 hour life is reached.
