Suited for standard classroom
Buyers who need a drop-in replacement for the Imagepro 8959A will find this module matches the factory specification. Users who require higher brightness, different wattage or a lamp designed for another projector model should look at other options because this unit is built only for the 8959A series.
Simple housing swap with no tools required
Installation consists of opening the projector lamp door, removing the old module and sliding the new housing into place until it seats firmly. The most common issue is forgetting to reset the lamp-hour counter in the projector menu, which leaves the replacement warning active. Ensure the housing clicks fully home to avoid intermittent ignition.

Questions about this item
Which Dukane projector models accept the Imagepro 8959A lamp module?

Can I keep using my existing ceiling mount and cables when I swap in this 245 W UHP lamp?
Yes — the lamp ships as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly, so the projector's mount, power and signal cables remain unchanged.
How do I verify the lamp is performing correctly after installation?
Reset the projector's lamp-hour counter, then confirm brightness and stable ignition; expect roughly 2500 hours in normal mode or 5000 hours in economy mode before replacement is needed.
