17-Inch Black Floor Pads

These 17-inch black floor pads arrive in a five-pack carton for commercial cleaning tasks. The blue colour coding identifies the pad grade for quick selection on the job. They suit maintenance teams that need consistent performance across multiple sites.

Replaces Worn Pads on Rotary Machines

Swap out dull or torn pads when scrubbing results become uneven or when the backing starts to fray. The change is worth it when the machine leaves streaks or requires extra passes to achieve the same finish. Fresh pads restore the original cutting action without adjusting machine settings.

Sustained Scrubbing Without Loading

The pad structure resists clogging during extended runs so the abrasive surface stays active longer. Heat build-up remains low enough to protect floor coatings while the pad maintains its shape under continuous pressure. This steadiness reduces the frequency of pad changes on large-area jobs.

Questions about this item

What machine size does the 17-inch floor pad fit?

The pad measures 17 inches in diameter and fits standard rotary or automatic scrubbers that accept a 17-inch drive pad.

How do you attach the pad to the machine and what step is often missed?

Centre the pad on the drive board, engage the centre-lock or riser, and spin the machine briefly to confirm it seats evenly before starting work.

When should the black 7300 pads be replaced?

Replace pads when the abrasive surface wears smooth, loading reduces cut rate, or the pad tears — typically after several stripping jobs on 400 mL epoxy-coated floors.
