Questions about this item

Will the 10 AWG maximum wire size limit how many conductors I can crimp into one terminal?

Each terminal accepts one 12-10 AWG wire; the barrel length of .25 in and overall length of .73 in are sized for a single conductor crimp.

Do these bare copper terminals run hot or draw extra power during continuous 600 V operation?

They are passive connectors with no power draw; the 347 °F temperature rating covers the copper and tin-plated barrel under normal load.

What crimp tool and wire gauge do I need before installing these #6 stud forks?

You need a crimper rated for 12-10 AWG non-insulated terminals and wire stripped to fit the .25 in barrel length.
