3M PCW121000D Cushion Lock Dispenser 15.43" x 7.22" x 11.96" mailing supply

1000ft roll dispenser for pack stations

The 3M PCW121000D Cushion Lock Dispenser holds up to 1000ft of Scotch Cushion Lock Protective Wrap. It is built for shipping departments, moving crews and storage operations that need fast, hand-tear dispensing without automated equipment. The grey unit ships new as a single piece.

Small-footprint unit with tension control

The dispenser measures 15.43" x 7.22" x 11.96" and sits on a bench without dominating the workspace. A tension-adjusting knob sets the expansion force for the wrap, while the portable frame lets operators pull it out for use and stow it away when the station is cleared. No blade is required to tear the material.

Manual dispensing for moderate volumes

The system comfortably handles daily packing lines that rely on hand-loaded rolls and operator-controlled tension. It runs out of capacity when throughput demands continuous, high-speed automation or when roll lengths exceed the 1000ft limit.
