Ready-to-install lamp module

The 3M S700 module ships as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly for direct installation in compatible 3M projectors. A new Osram P-VIP 230W bulb is pre-mounted, eliminating the need for separate lamp handling or alignment. Manufacturer part number 78-6969-9881-0 identifies the unit. Installation follows the projector's standard lamp-door procedure.

OEM-grade build and ISO9001 testing

Each lamp is produced to ISO9001 quality standards and subjected to checks covering beam performance, ignition voltage, electrical connections and run-time. The housing mates with the projector's existing connector and mounting points without adapters. Osram P-VIP technology delivers consistent output for the rated 2,000-hour service life under normal operating conditions.

Replaces dim or expired 3M S700 lamps

This module restores original brightness when an existing S700 lamp reaches end of life or shows significant lumen depreciation. The 230W rating matches the projector's factory specification, so no ballast or firmware changes are required. Buyers needing higher lumen output or a different wattage class should verify their model supports alternative lamp types before purchasing.
