Shipping Labels for Thermal Printers

These 4" x 6" (102 mm x 152 mm) labels are made for businesses that print high volumes of shipping labels on thermal printers. Each roll contains 250 labels with a 1" (25.4 mm) core, so they fit most desktop and industrial thermal printers that accept a four-inch print width.

Direct Thermal Media Constraints

The labels require a direct thermal printer; they will not work with Dymo or Brother printers, which use different media formats. No ink, toner or ribbons are needed, but the printer must be capable of adjusting its print width to four inches for proper operation.

Temperature-Rated Adhesive

The patented adhesive is rated from 14 to 158 degrees, giving it a wide operating window for warehouses, cold storage or outdoor shipping. This single specification determines whether the labels will stay attached through the temperature swings your packages encounter.
