Six-piece silicone bowl set

This set contains six round bowls made from food-grade silicone that is BPA-free and odourless. Each bowl holds 12 ounces and collapses to roughly one-third of its full height. The material withstands temperatures from -22 °F to 212 °F (-30 °C to 100 °C), so it handles frozen meals and hot soups alike.

12-ounce capacity and fold-down height

At full size the bowls measure 5.12 inches in diameter and 2.56 inches tall, shrinking to 1.2 inches when folded. That volume suits single servings of salad, fruit or snacks, but it will not hold family-sized portions or bulky leftovers. The leak-proof lids double as stable bases, yet the flexible walls can deform under heavy stacking.

Temperature range and manual sizing

The silicone remains stable across the stated -30 °C to 100 °C span, making it safe for microwave reheating and freezer storage. Dimensions are taken by hand, so slight variations in diameter or folded height should be expected. Colours may differ from screen images, and no rigid frame means the bowls rely on the lid for structural support when full.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 oz silicone bowls nest inside my existing 7.09 in x 5.12 in stainless steel mixing set without scratching?

Yes, the folded height is only 1.2 in and the food-grade silicone is non-abrasive, so they stack neatly inside metal bowls of that footprint.

How can I confirm the lids seal properly after the first wash?

Fill a bowl with 350 ml of water, snap the lid on, invert it for ten seconds — no drips means the leak-proof seal is working.

Does the six-piece set include lids or must I buy them separately?

The package contains six bowls and six matching lids; nothing extra is required for leak-proof storage.
