30W Megaphone for Coaches and Event Staff

This 5 Core 8R megaphone delivers 30W of amplification so voices carry across large fields or crowds without strain. The ergonomic handle and lightweight 1.6 lb body make it comfortable for extended use during practices, games or public safety duties. A built-in microphone means no extra gear is required to start speaking immediately. Battery power keeps it portable for any outdoor venue.

8-Second Recording for Repeated Announcements

The single feature that decides fit is the 8-second voice recorder that captures a message and replays it on demand. Coaches, referees or marshals can record a standard instruction once and trigger it repeatedly without re-speaking. If your role needs longer scripts or continuous live commentary, this recording limit will not cover those needs.

800-Yard Reach with Adjustable Volume

At full power the unit projects clear audio up to 800 yards, handling stadium sidelines, parade routes or emergency scenes with headroom to spare. Volume control on the rear lets you dial back for smaller groups or indoor use without distortion. The siren mode adds an instant attention signal, but the 8-second recorder and fixed 30W output mean it cannot replace a PA system for speeches or music playback.

Questions about this item

How far will the 30W output carry a voice in typical outdoor conditions?

The 30W amplifier projects speech up to 800 yards in open areas, making it suitable for large fields, stadiums or emergency scenes.

What does the 800‑yard projection figure assume about surroundings?

The 800‑yard range is measured in clear, unobstructed space; walls, wind or crowd noise will reduce the effective distance.

What physical space and mounting does the 6.3x6.4x10.3‑inch, 1.6‑lb unit require?

It fits in a standard gear bag or vehicle cubby and is designed for hand‑held use with an ergonomic grip; no bracket or mount is included.
