Replacement Diaphragm Pack

The 5 Core DP1 pack supplies fifty 2‑inch phenolic voice‑coil diaphragms built for car‑audio compression drivers. Installers and system owners can refresh or upgrade high‑frequency output across multiple vehicles or speaker cabinets with a single purchase.

16‑Ohm Impedance Match

Each diaphragm presents a 16‑ohm load, the key specification that determines whether it will work with a given compression driver. Verify the driver’s rated impedance before buying; a mismatch will cause incorrect frequency response or amplifier instability.

Titanium Membrane Heat Handling

The titanium membrane dissipates heat efficiently during normal high‑pitch operation, keeping distortion low and extending service life. No active cooling is required, and the phenolic former remains stable at typical automotive audio power levels.

Questions about this item

What does the 16 ohm impedance mean when I install these in my compression drivers?

The 16 ohm rating matches most compression drivers, so your amplifier sees a standard load and the diaphragms draw the current they were designed for.

How does the phenolic voice coil with Kapton former affect the signal path?

The phenolic coil on a Kapton former handles heat efficiently, keeping distortion low and preserving the bright, clear high-frequency output.

What physical space do the 51mm diaphragms need to fit my horns?

Each diaphragm measures 51 mm in diameter, matching standard 2 inch compression driver throats for a direct bolt-in replacement.
