6-String Bass String Set

This 5 Core GS EL BSS 6PCS set provides a complete extra-light gauge string pack for six-string bass guitars. The strings use a high-carbon hexagonal steel core with nickel winding and an anti-corrosion coating. Gauges run .032, .045, .060, .083, .104, and .128 for a bright, tight tone with strong projection.

Players Seeking Easy Fretting and Low Tension

The extra-light gauges suit bassists who want reduced finger pressure, fast response, and smooth feel across genres like rock, jazz, blues, and metal. The coated surface cuts finger noise and resists sweat for longer life. Bassists who prefer heavier tension, deeper low-end, or a traditional flatwound feel should consider other string types.

Gauge Range .032 to .128 Decides Fit

The lightest string measures .032 and the heaviest .128, defining the overall tension and tonal character of the set. This range determines whether the strings match your playing style and instrument setup. Confirm your bass accepts six strings and that extra-light tension meets your needs before purchase.
