A 180 W NSH replacement lamp module with housing, ready for direct installation and rated for 3,500 hours of use
The A&K Toshiba TLP-LV9 module combines an NSH 180W bulb with its housing so it fits straight into the projector. No extra tools or alignment steps are required beyond opening the lamp door and swapping the unit. The pre-assembled design removes the risk of damaging a bare bulb during handling. Installers should still avoid touching the glass envelope with bare fingers.
Installation is a matter of loosening the retaining screw, sliding the old module out and pushing the new one in until it seats. The most frequent issue is forgetting to reset the projector’s lamp-hour counter after the change, which leaves the replacement warning active. A second issue occurs if the lamp door interlock is not fully engaged, preventing the projector from powering on.
The NSH 180W lamp carries a 3,500-hour life rating under standard operating conditions. Brightness will gradually decline as the hours accumulate, and the projector may eventually refuse to strike the lamp once the limit is reached. The module is built to ISO 9001 quality standards, but it does not overcome the inherent lifespan ceiling of the discharge technology.

The projector should ignite the NSH 180W bulb without flickering and deliver a stable, bright image; the unit is rated for 3500 hours of lamp life under normal use.
The module arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing ready for direct installation; no extra parts or tools are needed to fit it into the Toshiba projector.
Four versions are available: three OEM variants — direct from the bulb maker, the same lamp sold by Toshiba, and an alternate OEM source — plus a cost-effective compatible version built with genuine OEM parts.
