A 128 GB DDR4 2666 ECC registered kit of four 32 GB modules built for the 2019 Mac Pro tower and rack models
This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR4 2666MHz registered ECC modules built for the Apple Mac Pro 2019. The PC4-21300 RDIMMs operate at 1.20V and use major-brand chips validated for MacPro7,1 systems including the 8-Core tower and rack models with the 3.5GHz Xeon W-3223 processor.
The kit fits the A2304 and A1991 model numbers and BTO/CTO order codes that accept RDIMM modules. Builders using non-Apple workstations, laptops, or desktop boards that require unbuffered UDIMMs or a different pin count cannot use these registered 288-pin DIMMs.
The modules are 288-pin DDR4 RDIMMs with ECC Registered (2Rx4) organisation. Systems that only support unbuffered non-ECC UDIMMs or SO-DIMMs will not accept this memory, so the registered ECC RDIMM format is the single specification that determines compatibility.

The Mac Pro 2019 uses 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slots; this kit provides four 32 GB modules to fill four slots for a total of 128 GB.
Align the notch on each 288-pin RDIMM with the slot key, press firmly until both side latches click, then verify all four modules show 32 GB in System Report.
Re-seat if macOS reports memory errors or the system fails POST; replace modules only if diagnostics confirm a persistent fault after re-seating.
