128GB DDR4 2933 ECC registered kit (four 32GB modules) for 2019 Mac Pro tower and rack models with 12, 16, 24 or 28-core Xeon CPUs
This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR4 2933 ECC RDIMM modules built for Apple Mac Pro 2019 models with 12, 16, 24 or 28-core Xeon processors. The registered DIMMs operate at 1.20V and use major-brand chips validated for MacPro7,1 systems including A1991 and A2304 model numbers.
Workstation users who need maximum supported memory for rendering, virtualization or large dataset workloads on a 2019 Mac Pro Tower or Rack will benefit from the full four-slot population. Buyers with Mac Pro models outside the 2019 lineup or systems that require unbuffered UDIMM memory cannot use these registered modules.
Each module is a 2Rx4 DDR4 2933 (PC4-23400) registered DIMM with 288 pins and ECC error correction. The Mac Pro 2019 memory controller requires this exact registered ECC specification; non-ECC or unbuffered DIMMs will not function in these systems.

Yes, the 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM form factor matches the Mac Pro 2019 (MacPro7,1) memory slots exactly.
Populate the DIMM slots in the sequence shown in the Mac Pro memory guide — fill the first channel pair before adding the second pair.
ECC registered DDR4 modules have no scheduled replacement interval; they are replaced only if diagnostics report correctable errors or a module fails.
