Server DDR3L ECC kit

This 16 GB kit contains four 4 GB unbuffered ECC UDIMMs built for DDR3 and DDR3L servers and workstations. The modules run at 1333 MHz with CL9 latency and operate at 1.35 V, with support for 1.5 V where required. They are not compatible with desktop or laptop computers.

Capacity and headroom

The quad-channel kit provides 16 GB total capacity for multi-threaded server workloads such as virtualization, database caching and file serving. Dual-rank 2Rx8 organization helps fill memory channels efficiently, though the 1333 MHz speed limits bandwidth compared to faster DDR3L grades.
