DDR3L 1866 MHz SODIMM kit adds 16 GB across two 8 GB modules for the 27-inch iMac (Late 2015)
This 16GB kit contains two 8GB DDR3L SODIMM modules built for the iMac 27-inch Late 2015 (model iMac17,1, A1419). It matches the factory DDR3 1866/1867 MHz PC3-14900 specification and runs at 1.35V. The unbuffered, non-ECC 2Rx8 design fits the two SO-DIMM slots in this all-in-one desktop.
Each module uses the standard 204-pin SO-DIMM edge connector required by the Late 2015 iMac. No heat spreader is fitted, keeping the profile low enough for the slim internal cavity. Major-brand chips are used throughout, and every stick is tested to meet the system's timing and voltage requirements before shipping.
The kit ships with a lifetime warranty and access to United States-based technical support for installation questions. No additional software or accessories are included; the upgrade relies on the macOS memory management already present in the compatible MK462LL/A, MK472LL/A and MK482LL/A order numbers.

Yes, the kit runs at DDR3L 1866/1867 MHz (PC3-14900) which matches the iMac17,1 memory controller specification.
It uses a standard 204-pin SO-DIMM slot; the iMac 27-inch Late 2015 (A1419, EMC 2834) has two user-accessible slots behind the rear cover.
Power off, unplug, open the rear memory door, eject any existing modules, insert both 2Rx8 sticks until they click, close the door, then power on to verify 16 GB in System Report.
