A 32 GB quad-channel DDR3 1866 kit with ECC registered 240-pin DIMMs at 1.5 V and CL13 latency
Capacity 32GB (4 x 8GB)
This A-Tech kit supplies 32GB of DDR3 1866 memory across four 8GB modules. It is built for servers and workstations that require registered ECC DIMMs. Desktop and laptop systems cannot use these modules.
Each 240-pin DIMM operates at 1.5V with a CAS latency of 13 and presents a 2Rx4 configuration. The registered buffer and ECC function work together to maintain data integrity on compatible DDR3 server platforms.
Running at the JEDEC 1.5V level keeps power draw and heat output within normal DDR3 limits. No extra cooling beyond typical server airflow is required for stable operation.
Measured against everything we stock in ECC Server RAM, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Other versions of this model
The 1866 MHz rating means each module transfers data at up to 14900 MT/s, reducing latency for database and virtualization workloads when the platform supports DDR3 1866 operation.
PC3-14900R identifies registered DDR3 DIMMs running at 1866 MHz with a 1.5 V standard; the registered buffer caps electrical load so the memory controller can populate all four channels without signal degradation.
Yes, each module uses the standard 240-pin DDR3 DIMM form factor; verify your system requires registered ECC RDIMMs and supports quad-channel population before installing.
