32 GB of DDR4 2933 MHz ECC registered memory in two 16 GB modules for 2019 Mac Pro tower and rack models
This 32GB kit contains two 16GB DDR4 2933MHz ECC registered DIMMs built for the 2019 Apple Mac Pro. It uses major-brand chips and runs at 1.20V to match the system's native memory speed. The modules are 288-pin RDIMMs validated for MacPro7,1.
The kit is qualified for 12, 16, 24 and 28-core Xeon W processors in both Tower and Rack Mac Pro models. It will not fit earlier Mac Pro generations, iMac Pro, Mac Studio or any Windows workstation that requires different SPD timings or unbuffered DIMMs.
The single decisive specification is the ECC registered DDR4 2933MHz (PC4-23400) 288-pin RDIMM format at 1.20V. Only Mac Pro 2019 systems with Xeon W CPUs that accept this exact registered ECC configuration can use the kit.

No scheduled maintenance or replacement is required for these DDR4 ECC RDIMM modules once installed in a compatible Mac Pro.
The registered DDR4 modules operate at 1.20 V and 2933 MHz; the system memory controller manages thermal and bandwidth limits before the modules themselves reach a hard ceiling.
Each module runs at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.20 V, so total power draw stays low and heat output is minimal inside the Mac Pro enclosure.
