8GB DDR3 1066MHz SODIMM module for 2009-2010 Apple MacBook, iMac and Mac mini models
This A-Tech module delivers 8GB of DDR3 1066MHz PC3-8500 memory in a 204-pin SODIMM form factor. It operates at 1.50V as an unbuffered non-ECC 2Rx8 stick. The module is built with major-brand chips and carries Apple Mac certification for the listed systems.
It fits MacBook Pro 13-inch Mid 2010, MacBook 13-inch Mid 2010, iMac 27-inch Late 2009 and Mac mini Mid 2010. Buyers with earlier or later Macs that use different memory generations or form factors cannot use this module. Systems requiring registered or ECC memory should look elsewhere.
The kit contains one 8GB stick rated at DDR3 1066/1067 MHz PC3-8500. This capacity and speed combination is the deciding specification for the supported MacBook Pro, MacBook, iMac and Mac mini models identified by Apple order numbers and model IDs.

No firmware updates or scheduled re-seating are required; the 2Rx8 DDR3 1066MHz SODIMM is a passive component that operates without software maintenance once correctly seated in the 204-pin slot.
The 1.50V supply rail defines the voltage ceiling; sustained operation stays within the JEDEC DDR3 1066 specification, so the voltage limit is encountered before any thermal or timing boundary.
The module has no heat spreader and draws standard DDR3 1.50V power, so it contributes minimal extra heat; system fan behaviour remains governed by the MacBook Pro’s own thermal curves.
