USB-C wired earphones for phones without a 3.5 mm

These ABCPOW M60 earphones connect directly to USB-C devices that lack a 3.5 mm audio port. They work with a wide range of Samsung Galaxy and iPhone models listed by the supplier. The 4-foot cable gives enough length for comfortable use while the device stays in a pocket or on a desk. They are intended for listeners who want a simple wired connection without an adapter.

Digital audio limited to devices that support

The built-in DAC converts the digital signal from the USB-C port to analogue sound, but only on devices that implement USB audio class. The supplier notes that some products such as MacBook, iPad Pro and Samsung S8, S9 and Note 5 support music playback only and do not enable call functions. If a device does not expose audio over its USB-C port, the earphones will produce no sound at all.

Plug in and use the inline remote for calls

The cable includes a control module with volume up and down buttons plus a multifunction key for play, pause, track skip and call handling. No driver installation is required on compatible phones. The supplier advises checking the volume slider on the remote if no sound is heard and trying a different USB-C port if the problem persists. A secure fit in the ear canal is needed for the stated sound isolation.

Questions about this item

What is the difference between the 14.2 mm driver and a smaller driver in these earphones?

The 14.2 mm dynamic driver moves more air than smaller drivers, producing deeper bass and clearer mids for a fuller stereo presentation.

How does the built-in DAC chip change the sound when I plug these into my phone?

The integrated DAC converts the digital USB-C signal to analogue audio, delivering lossless-quality output without relying on the phone's own converter.

What does the USB-C interface actually carry for this wired headset?

The USB-C connector carries digital audio and microphone data plus inline remote commands; it does not transmit analogue 3.5 mm signals.
