Report cover capacity and format

This ACCO 17021 Presstex report cover holds up to 2 inches of letter-size documents. The folder measures 8 1/2 by 11 inches and uses a prong clip to secure pages. It is made from 20 pt. Tyvek and leather material containing 30 percent recycled content. The cover is sold individually in black.

Suited for filing and presentation needs

Teachers, students and office workers who need a durable binder for reports or projects will find the capacity and recycled construction practical. Buyers who want a ring mechanism, a different colour or a smaller profile should look at something else. The fixed prong spacing of 2 3/4 inches centre-to-centre limits use to matching punched paper.

Prong hole spacing

The critical specification is the 2 3/4 inch centre-to-centre hole spacing, which must match the user's paper punch. If the existing punch uses a different spacing, the cover will not function as intended.

How do you load papers into the prong fastener without tearing the holes?
